Eligibility Requirements

In order to request classroom materials, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

You are a Pre K – grade 12 full-time educator in the El Paso / Las Cruces area. “Full-time educator” includes public or private school teachers, librarians, guidance counselors, school nurses and full-time teachers who may also act as coaches.
You did not receive a Classroom Fund grant last year in 2025.
You spend 75% of your time working directly with students.
You commit to posting requests for materials that your students will directly use/experience.
Your request is for materials with a total cost of $1,000 or less.
You commit to reporting on the use of materials through either pictures, video or written letter by June 15, 2027.

The Classroom Fund will accept and fund Teacher Requests based on the following schedule:
